(More customer reviews)This little man has been tried and true. He's held up for almost two years now. My little man has thoroughy abused him. Yet, he remains intact and for the most part unscathed. The wood is chipping in places and the paint scratched off in others. I cannot complain about that and I will not complain about. My now almost two year old has beat him, chewed him, gave him to the dog, his brothers have put him in precarious situations (I once found him in the heating vent) another time I found him hanging by a shoe string from the banister.
I am really impressed that he's stood up to the abuse.
My son likes to play with this guys feet. Especially when he's tired he'll lay down, hold the binky with one hand and play with this guys feet. I did take his clothes off because they never stayed on. The only thing you see now are the little ropes that hold his feet on. No biggie. At least I knwo where it is...and no one seems the wiser.
Again, I really am impressed. I have three boys - all of whom like this chain. If I were to have another baby I would hand down buy a haba chain. We have tons of haba toys all of which have stood up to my boys. If you want something that will last and not get broken...haba is worth every penny!
