(More customer reviews)We purchased this lie detector kit for our daughter's 11th birthday, along with a few other "Spy" toys as she had requested. This was a HUGE hit! Although at first glimpse, it does appear as though it would be a cheap and flimsy toy, we have had no trouble as of yet. What we HAVE had is a TON OF FUN!!! Sure, it's not a 100% accurate lie detector kit...but come on, did you REALLY think it would be? We found that it gives accurate responses more often than not though, and that's all it takes to make it fun. The kids (AND adults) at her party were lining up to give it a try and the results were just crazy fun! Kids from ages 4 to adult were answering my daughter's questions and we were "learning" a whole lot about who has a boyfriend at school, who cuts their own hair, and which parents steal halloween candy from their kid's trick-or-treat bags! We have already had enough fun to say this toy was worth every penny! I say it's a great toy at a great price! P.S. We teamed this up with the invisible ink pen, the fingerprinting kit, & the voice changer, then added binoculars, a flashlight, notebook, and warhead super sour spray (for interrogating and "getting them to talk"!) We put it all in a black satchel for a very secret-agent, super spy gift.
