(More customer reviews)I have not finished assembling this kit but I am finding it a pleasure to work on. The detail is exceptional and I regret that some of it is essentially unviewable. None-the-less it is outstanding. My only negative criticism is that the painting calls for a vast number of shades of gray, black and green. While a purist would probably applaud this point, it can be disturbing for those of us who don't have access to Revell paints and have to make do with other brands. As a result my finished version won't be the exact replica that the instructions call out for in the painting details but it will be good enough to show the detail and attention to detail that the molders have strived to recreate. That is good enough.
This and other versions of the aircraft were built in small numbers so choices of modeling variations are limited but it is still a model that I'm looking forward to adding to my collection. Revell are to be commended for bringing this little known aircraft to the light of day.
