(More customer reviews)I ordered this hovercraft for a university project, but I'm still a kid at heart. When I first unwrapped and assembled the hovercraft, I was disappointed to see how the previous review was right and that the hovercraft did not accelerate, even on hardwood floor. However, after charging the hovercraft's battery and buying a new 9V battery for the controller (remember, this product is made in china), it worked spectacularly! It spun and drove on the hardwood floor with ease. This hovercraft is not meant to be used on carpet since the skirt is made of rubber, causing lots of friction between it and the carpet. All the components work wonderfully, it's just not available for use right out of the box.
