(More customer reviews)When I first ordered the pens they came on time and in good condition. However, one of the pens was broken and the light that makes the invisible ink show up wasn't working. I asked for a replacement set and my request was accepted. The new pens came but only one of those worked as well. On the bright side, the pens that worked are really neat and the ink is totally invisible without the use of the light on the cap. I just wish I could have gotten a full working set instead of wasting a pen from each pack.
