(More customer reviews)I got this toy for my 6 and 8 year old nephews for Hanukkah (2010). I was a little skeptical when I got it in the mail, because the box was pretty small and light. However, this later proved to be irrelevant. My nephews adore this toy, and they have been playing with it non-stop since I gave it to them a couple of weeks ago. Take note however, that they'll need to do little handywork in setting the toy up. My nephews were able to read the instructions and prepare the toy themselves (they had to use a mini screwdriver to unlatch the casing to install the batteries), but that took only a matter of minutes. The box comes with two sets each of a receiver/gun combo that the kids wear. The toys light up and make a lot of "laser" noises when a shot is fired or when a shot is registered. They seem quite durable. In summary, I would highly recommend this as a gift for young children (girls and boys).
