The motion detector works really well, and can be used in your backpack, bike, a door, locker, whatever. The battery is included, made to fit any size wrist.
Some reviewers got theirs next to the microwave or in water, not a good thing for any watch or toy. It is not waterproof so be careful with it, I also feel it for kids age 8 and up. It has an educational element as you can use it to learn about hte different time zone around the world. The boys love this spy toy. It is a very affordable toy, and provides hours of distraction.
